Karu fell onto his knees. His eyes were wide as the pain.. of needles being put all along his arms came back. He grasped onto his arm where the pain was the most.. right near his elbow where they had gotten one of his nerves... probably on purpose. His eyes were filled once again filled with the feeling of fear.. he could feel liquid and glass surrounding his body... he had only been just awoken from sleeping inside his body.. his consious mind taking in all the information now.. He was supposed to be a Heartless.. but somehow he had been born with a soul and wings..

Mextair kneed by him and patted him on his back.
"Whatever you do don't linger in the past. It just makes things more painful. I used to live in a small and loving town in The Land of Dragons. I loved living there with my family and friends. But every day I sat and wodered what it would like be be...well 'different'. Well the day came when a army of Heartless attacked and took all the hearts of everyone I cared for, they even took mine. But I keep my heart strong and I did became 'different', in a big way. But to me it looks like you kept your heart strong too." She said smiling.

He nods softly and whimpered. She could see the old injuries and bruises. He had a few on his neck that he kept covered with some gauze. His blue eyes like ice was shimmering softly with sorrow. "I'm sorry that they did that to you." He said whimpering softly. He had kept his heart strong for some reason. His head shook when he tried to removed the memories of this place going down for some reason. He was supposed to be able to devour souls easily.. but he could not bring himself to do it.

Mextair when to her feet still looking at Karu and sighed.
"Well for one thing I know that we should stay here if you would like to forget your past. So maybe, if it's ok with you, we sould leave and go somewhere else." She told him.

With a small nod, Karu sighed softly and moved over to her, hoping that she would lead him out, he having not left here for a long time. His eyes shimmering with happiness at the thought of him leaving the place. He let out a small growl as he looked at the other, but shrugged it off.

Baiken looked around once more with a look of discomfort on her face then turned towards the Mextair and Karu.
"You don't mind if I tag along as well do you?"she said.
She wanted to leave since she felt that the place they where in was too uninviting

Karut turned to her and blinked. The winged one just folded his wings around himself again and shrugged his shoulders. "Why not?" He looked back to Mextair and sighed again. His eyes shimmering softly as he tried to figure out if everything was well or not.
